Job summary

ABB is seeking aProduction Supervisor to support assembly targets on the Pinetops, NC shop floor. You will read and interpret diagrams, perform manual assembly, and conduct quality tests while maintaining clean, safe work areas and following standard procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and you must be legally eligible to work in the US. Lifting up to 40 lbs and using basic tools are part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting technical diagrams/instructions for assembly.
• Able to safely use hand tools and follow procedures.
• Lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs and work standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assembly to produce semi-finished or final products and pack as needed.
• Perform manual work with light hand tools and maintain quality tests.
• Follow SOPs, keep the work area clean, and operate safely on the shop floor.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use PPE as required.
