Job summary

ABB is seeking an Assembler II to support the production unit on site. You will read and interpret technical diagrams for assembly of products, operate on the shop floor, and contribute to hitting daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will use light hand tools, perform basic quality tests, and ensure a clean, organized work area in accordance with SOPs. The role is onsite with potential shift differentials where applicable.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or GED required.
• Technical Certification preferred.
• 0 years of Manufacturing/Warehouse experience required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of tools and measurement understanding (preferred).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40-50 lbs.
• Team & Detail orientated.
• Shift differential compensation available (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Assemble products by following established procedures and diagrams.
• Carry out packing when integrated with production lines.
• Perform work manually or with light hand tools.
• Conduct regular quality testing as part of the process.
• Maintain clean work area and follow SOPs.
