Ralliant is seeking a Production Manager to lead a defined value stream and drive world-class performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, Engagement, and the Ralliant Business System. You will own the operational excellence through disciplined execution, team development, and continuous improvement while delivering on customer commitments and business objectives.

This is an onsite role in Elizabethtown, NC, requiring hands-on leadership, daily Gemba walks, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5-8 years' experience managing manufacturing teams.
• Experience in a metric driven organization focusing on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and inventory.
• Proven ability and aspiration to grow into broader leadership roles with increased scope and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Champion a zero-incident culture through visible leadership and accountability.
• Lead proactive risk identification, hazard mitigation, and incident investigations.
• Ensure products meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements.
• Own financial performance of the value stream, including labor productivity and cost control.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline teams.
• Drive implementation and sustainment of Lean/RBS principles and tools.
