Job summary

Gems Setra, part of Ralliant Corporation, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations and drive SQDIP across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity. You will develop front-line leaders, own execution, resource planning, and performance for value streams while partnering with Engineering, Quality, Materials, Supply Chain, and HR.

You will champion Lean and Six Sigma, improve capacity, and build a high-performance team through coaching and career development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, production planning, and material flow.
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing execution across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, cost, productivity, and engagement.
• Plan labor, staffing, overtime, shifts, and resources to meet customer demands.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Ralliant Business System (RBS) initiatives to eliminate waste and improve capacity.
• Build leadership and coaching to develop front-line leaders and succession planning.
• Partner across functions to improve material flow and customer commitments.
• Identify and elevate operational and safety risks while driving continuous improvements.
