Job summary

CADREX Manufacturing Solutions in Wisconsin seeks a Quality Manager to identify quality issues and implement reporting to drive improvements. You will prioritize high-value quality projects and manage them to completion, partnering with Production, Engineering, and Development to ensure product quality.

The role requires 5+ years in high-volume manufacturing, strong statistical skills, blueprint reading, and ISO 9001 CQE experience. Onsite work with comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ related experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, memos, and prints.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Demonstrated use of statistical tools and performance measurement methods.
• Experience in sheet metal manufacturing; LEAN Six Sigma, Green Belt, CQE and/or ISO 9001 auditing preferred.
• Must have blueprint reading certification.

Responsibilities

• Manages quality assurance programs to identify critical control points and preventive measures.
• Monitors procedures, implements corrective actions, and verification procedures.
• Contributes data and reports to strategic plans and reviews for system improvements.
• Leads corrective action activity related to CAPAs.
• Validates process specifications and quality attributes; reviews non-conforming logs.
• Collaborates with Production, Engineering, and Development to ensure product quality.
• Enforces quality requirements across functional groups.
• Promotes company-wide quality improvement efforts.
• Supports NPI signoff and changes with quality documentation.
