Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking an onsite Production Associate in Williamsport, PA, operating on a 2-2-3 shift schedule. The role pays $19.50 per hour with a $1 night differential and requires a high school diploma or GED.

You will perform production, inspection, labeling and documentation to meet ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, while advancing in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Training is provided on the day shift initially.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous production experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts visually to ensure quality.
• Record and sign off batch documents in real time.
• Maintain batch documentation accuracy and first-time right.
• Follow work instructions for measurements and flag deviations.
• Package parts per customer specs and indicate status (accept/reject).
• Maintain clean work areas and safe operation of equipment.
• Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements.
