Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Production Line Operator for a 12-hour night shift (5:45 PM - 6:00 AM) to operate, inspect, and troubleshoot production line machinery and assemblies. The role emphasizes adherence to cGMP, safety, and quality policies while maintaining a clean and efficient workstation.

In this position, you will participate in labeling, packaging accuracy, and traceability tasks, and you may be required to overtime to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No minimum work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect, assemble parts and ensure quality per specifications.
• Assist with labeling, packaging accuracy, and part counts.
• Operate and maintain production line equipment following safety SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report safety concerns.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, DOIs and company quality policies.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce scrap and improve efficiency.
