You will coordinate weekend shifts, prepare shift-change papers in Excel, and ensure adherence to GMP and 5S standards on the production floor. The role requires 5 years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a lead position, plus strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have at least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must have at least 2 years of Lead experience.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Production Supervisor in daily operations of Direct Labor Department.
• Coordinate weekend workforce activities.
• Use Excel to prepare shift change papers and review for accuracy.
• Utilize SAP for inventory checks and material locating.
• Maintain ISO 13485:2016 documentation and 5S procedures.
• Train new hires and certify on procedures.
• Monitor production floor and support all activities.
