Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. in Williamsport, PA, is seeking a production associate for a fully onsite role on a 2-2-3 shift schedule. The position involves producing components, inspecting, and maintaining GMP/ISO 9001/13485 documentation.

This role offers hands-on training in a highly regulated manufacturing environment with opportunities to grow within the company. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour with a $1 night shift differential; relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• GMP knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience in production/manufacturing is preferred.
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Produce components meeting specifications and maintain traceability.
• Inspect parts visually and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
• Record and sign off batch documentation in real time.
• Operate equipment safely and uphold 5S housekeeping.
• Adhere to Quality Systems ISO 9001/13485 and safety procedures.
• Support Lean Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement.
