Ultium Cells LLC in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a Production Engineer to join the onsite technical team responsible for driving continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and optimization of highly automated battery cell production lines. You will work closely with maintenance and operations to enhance yield, reliability, and safety.

You will train Operators, coordinate with internal/external customers and vendors, and implement cost-effective process improvements to meet production goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or related).
• 1–3+ years of experience in continuous improvement or manufacturing in a highly automated/automotive environment.
• Must be able to speak and read English.
• Experience with PFMEAs and process controls is helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of Time Studies, Line Balancing, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma helpful.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation.
