Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a Production Control Supervisor to lead material availability, kit readiness, and shop-floor support in the Circuit Card Manufacturing value stream. You will coordinate with program, planning, production control, operations, quality, and engineering to meet critical deadlines and financial targets, using data-driven decision making.

This onsite role requires an ability to obtain interim DoD clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and production control.
• Ability to obtain interim DoD security clearance prior to start date.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and Lean manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage material availability analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Oversee kit readiness with cross-functional BOM activities.
• Provide production floor support and manage WIP movements.
• Supervise material handlers and ensure adherence to the MRP schedule.
