RTX is seeking a Material Operator C in Andover, MA, onsite, to manage material control tasks including receiving, inspecting, storing, packaging, and shipping. Starting wage is $20.50 per hour with 1st shift hours from 6:30AM to 3:00PM.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1 year of inventory handling experience, plus ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance. Responsibilities include data entry, material inspection, packaging, inventory counts, and moving materials within the facility,

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in handling moving and processing inventory.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Mansioni

• Receives material by unloading carriers, verifying paperwork, visually checking for damage and performing data entry transactions into a computerized business system.
• Inspects material utilizing standard test equipment, hand tools and other mechanical tools.
• Performs solderability testing on incoming and obsolete stores material.
• Unpacks material for storage or delivery to work centers, and moves materials as directed.
• Transports material within the facility. May, occasionally, transport between Massachusetts locations.
• Counts and weighs, measures, sorts, packages, and labels material for inventory, storage, issue, and release to manufacturing.
