Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks a Production Administrative Assistant to coordinate timekeeping, scheduling, and paperwork while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll support crews and leadership, manage communications, and ensure data accuracy in a fast-paced, growth‑oriented environment. This onsite role offers internal advancement and a strong team culture.
Qualifications
High School Degree/GED.
1–2 years administrative assistant experience preferred.
Previous call center or customer service preferred.
Must be positive and motivated with excellent communications skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy.
Excellent computer skills.
Great oral and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for timekeeping.
Create weekly job packs.
Schedule new projects and warranty work.
Confirmation calls to customers regarding upcoming projects.
Order permits and engineering reports for upcoming projects.
Provide excellent customer experiences and service to support Groundworks' reputation.
Set and confirm installation dates.
Order utilities to be marked at job sites.
Follow up with customers on various issues.
Update customer records for accuracy.
Punctual attendance as part of role.
