Everforth Apex Systems seeks a detail-oriented Product Data & Assets Specialist to maintain accurate product information and digital assets for customer-facing websites in Milwaukee. The role involves updating product records, organizing images, managing metadata, and ensuring content is publication-ready.

Candidates should have 2+ years in product data or related fields, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in product data, eCommerce content, catalog management, digital assets, content operations or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office; strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Create and update product records and SKU information.
• Maintain product images, digital assets, metadata, and tags.
• Connect images/assets to the correct products and review content for accuracy.
• Prepare data and assets for website publication and support cleanup projects.
• Collaborate with Product, Brand, Digital, Marketing, and Web teams.
