Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a detail-oriented Product Data & Assets Specialist to maintain accurate product information and digital assets for customer-facing websites in Milwaukee. You will update product records, organize images, manage metadata and tags, and prepare content for publication.

The role is hands-on and process-driven, requiring 2+ years in product data or eCommerce content, strong Excel skills, and collaboration with Product, Brand, Digital, Marketing, and Web teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in product data, eCommerce content, catalog management, digital assets, content operations, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and update product records and SKU information.
• Maintain product images, digital assets, metadata, and tags.
• Connect the correct images and assets to the appropriate products.
• Review product content for accuracy and completeness.
• Help prepare product data and assets for website publication.
• Support product content and asset cleanup projects.
• Track outstanding information and follow up with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot missing or incorrect product data and assets.
• Collaborate with Product, Brand, Digital, Marketing, and Web teams.
