Nassau Candy Distributors, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Digital Asset & Product Data Intern to prepare and organize our product image library for the launch of an AI-powered website.

You will collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Web, and Photography teams to ensure imagery is identified, organized, tagged, and searchable. The role requires strong spreadsheet and data-management skills, comfort handling large product datasets, and an interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or AI-driven

Responsabilidades

• Review and organize product imagery by matching images to products, variants, and Part IDs.
• Identify gaps in the image library and coordinate with Photography to fill assets.
• Rename and standardize image files according to naming conventions.
• Tag images with marketing attributes to support AI-powered search and product discovery.
• Maintain and quality-check image data in spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy of Part IDs, filenames, variants, and tags.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Asset & Product Data Intern to help prepare and organize our product image library for the launch of a new AI-powered website. This role will work closely with our Creative, Marketing, Web, and Photography teams to ensure product imagery is accurately identified, organized, tagged, and searchable.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and organize product imagery , matching existing images to the correct products, variants, and Part IDs within our product data.
• Identify gaps in our image library by comparing available imagery against product data, documenting missing images, and coordinating with the Photography team to complete needed assets.
• Rename and standardize image files according to established naming conventions to create a clean and consistent digital asset library.
• Tag images with searchable marketing attributes such as color, theme, occasion, season, style, and other relevant keywords to support AI-powered search and product discovery.
• Maintain and quality-check image data in spreadsheets , ensuring Part IDs, filenames, product variants, tags, and image assignments are complete and accurate.

Ideal Candidate

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong computer and spreadsheet skills
• Comfortable working with large amounts of product information and imagery
• Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, AI/search technology, photography, or digital asset management is a plus
• Comfortable working in office a minimum of 15 hours per week
