Everforth Apex seeks an Asset Management Coordinator in Seattle to document, track, and ship console and PC hardware. You will manage inventory records, coordinate equipment check-ins/checkouts, and support studio operations with asset handling and workstation setup.

The role emphasizes accurate asset documentation, policy compliance, and collaboration with global teams. It is an onsite, contract position with opportunities to contribute to logistics and IT support for events.

Qualifications

• Experience packaging and shipping hardware or fragile items.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and asset tracking software such as Snipe-IT.

Responsibilities

• Track and document assets in detail.
• Manage inventory records including equipment assignments, check-ins, and checkouts.
• Handle shipping and receiving including packaging of hardware and fragile items.
• Maintain accurate asset records and documentation.
• Support studio operations related to asset management.
• Assist with workstation setup including monitors, peripherals, and desktops.
• Follow and update policies related to compliance and audit processes.
• Move equipment and office furniture up to 23Kg.
• Create tickets for logistical and IT-related issues.
