You will work closely with customers and R&D teams, performing on-site installations, diagnostics, and repairs of complex semiconductor equipment, while solving challenging process engineering problems. The role emphasizes data analysis, DOE-driven experiments, and collaboration with multiple technology areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/ physics/ materials/ electrical engineering/ optoelectronics or related field.
• Preferred experience 3+ years in Applications or Process Engineering.
• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field.
• Communication proficiency in English language.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between customer and Business Unit to understand issues and deliver solutions.
• On-site installation and diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment.
• Assist customers to optimize tool performance to meet process and integration needs.
• Provide high-visibility customer support and conduct DOE experiments and data analysis.
