Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Semiconductor Capital Equipment or similar high-tech industry.
• Preferred experience of 3+ years in Applications or Process Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for projects.
• Provides customer support through on-site installation and troubleshooting.
• Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
