Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services seeks a Process Industrial Engineer for a 100% onsite role in Fort Worth. The engineer will develop and sustain manufacturing processes to drive quality, compliance, and operational excellence, partnering with production, quality, and engineering teams to standardize work and improve productivity.

Responsibilities include SOP creation for PCBA and Final Assembly, time and motion studies, training operators, supporting automation projects, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Industrial/Process/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience supporting PCBA, electronics manufacturing, or final assembly operations is preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs for PCBA and Final Assembly to ensure quality and compliance.
• Analyze processes to improve efficiency, throughput, and reduce waste using Lean methods.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish labor standards and support capacity planning.
• Provide training and ongoing support to production operators and teams on new processes and SOPs.
• Support automation projects by evaluating improvements and aiding equipment integration.
• Collaborate with production and quality to investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare IE documentation for audits and drive corrective actions for findings.
• Monitor KPIs and report on process performance, implementing improvements.
