Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Fort Worth seeks an Industrial Engineer to join a client site on a full-time, direct-hire basis. The role focuses on improving safety, quality, productivity, cost, capacity and on-time delivery across manufacturing areas, applying lean methods and data-driven analysis.

You will work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering, Test and other teams to support NPI, process optimization, capacity planning, tooling improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years in industrial/manufacturing engineering or CI roles.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, DOE and process optimization.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes, workflows, and production performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean, Kaizen, and DOE.
• Create and maintain process maps and layouts to boost efficiency.
• Support NPI, tooling and capacity planning across manufacturing areas.
