Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Process Industrial Engineer to join a client in Fort Worth. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite. The Process Industrial Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes that drive operational excellence, product quality, and regulatory compliance. This role partners closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to establish standardized work practices, improve productivity, support automation initiatives, and enhance overall manufacturing performance. This person will also play a critical role in workforce training, process validation, and customer audit support.
Education Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Experience 2-5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting PCBA, electronics manufacturing, or final assembly operations is preferred.
Technical Skills Proficiency with AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of time and motion studies, work measurement, and labor standard development.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and waste reduction methodologies.
Experience with manufacturing systems and digital tools such as MES, ERP, and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting platforms is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
