Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Process Engineer for a metal manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on planning and coordinating manufacturing processes, developing work measurement procedures, and conducting time-and-motion studies to optimize utilization of personnel and equipment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing, fluency with PFDs/P&IDs, and experience with simulation tools and CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly related experience in a manufacturing environment (multi-plant a plus).
• Ability to create or modify workflows, size equipment, and run statistical analysis for maximum efficiency.
• Proficiency in interpreting and drafting PFDs and P&IDs.
• Experience using simulation and modeling tools, alongside CAD programs like AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA) and Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Experience with a manufacturing ERP software; Syteline ERP is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
