Job summary

ABB in New Berlin, WI is seeking a Process Engineer to drive productive line performance and implement smart processes across multiple manufacturing lines. You will own processes, documentation, and best practices for current and new products, while monitoring line balance, capacity, and quality initiatives, including PFMEA and CTQs.

You will join a high-performance team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence in an onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or related field.
• 3+ years in Manufacturing with lean manufacturing, process standardization, line balance & capacity, PFMEA and quality initiatives.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve line productivity and quality by implementing smart processes.
• Own manufacturing processes, documentation, and best practices for current and new products on multiple production lines.
• Monitor and improve overall line performance, balance, and capacity while ensuring PFMEA and CTQs quality initiatives.
