Job summary

ABB in New Berlin, WI is seeking an Industrial/Manufacturing professional to support process improvements across safety, delivery, quality, and lean manufacturing within the US Motion - System Drives Production Lines.

The role is onsite in New Berlin and reports to Advanced Manufacturing Engineering. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, implement automation, and manage ECNs as they arise.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in an Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality, or Operations role.
Familiarity with SAP ERP software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support safety initiatives at the site by identifying hazards and assisting with improvements and ECNs.
Participate in kaizens to identify continuous improvement opportunities in daily operations.
Support project execution by coordinating with team members and stakeholders to ensure changes are implemented and sustained.
Assist with automation evaluation and implementation of manufacturing technologies including robotics, vision systems, AGVs, and control systems.
