Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, quality engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years engineering, manufacturing, quality, internship, or co-op experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent training is a plus.
• Experience solving manufacturing/process quality issues with structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of the quality strategy for the unit.
• Collaborate with local functions to reach quality targets and world-class performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scrap reduction, FPY, and defect reduction.
