Responsibilities

• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve process performance.
• Support quality engineering projects through data collection, process audits, and problem-solving activities.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, consistency, and product quality.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
