Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in ceramic, materials, chemical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in a technical, manufacturing, or process engineering role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to articulate technical issues.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• US citizen status documentation for government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement initiatives to improve yield, quality, cost, and manufacturing performance.
• Identify process and equipment limitations and develop data-driven solutions.
• Apply structured problem solving to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Support new product/process launches, raw material changes, and equipment design modifications.
• Analyze process data to develop action plans and technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to support operations.
• Provide input to prioritize projects aligning with plant objectives.
