Aufgaben

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve throughput, productivity, cost, on-time delivery, and overall manufacturing performance.
• Conduct time studies and work measurement to develop labor standards and standard work documentation.
• Analyze capacity, line balance, bottlenecks, and equipment utilization to identify constraints and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate plant layout, material flow, and workstation design to reduce travel and non-value-added activity.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, planning, and engineering teams to support daily operations and build expertise in the manufacturing system.
