Join a manufacturing engineering team that supports multiple product lines and plays a key role in process improvement, production support, and technology development. In this role, you will help drive manufacturing performance, cost reduction, quality improvement, and deeper process understanding across areas including forming, fluoride crystals, and a newer glass-making technology. This position is ideal for an engineer who can step into a manufacturing environment, manage priorities, lead projects, and support improvement initiatives and capital equipment installations.

The range for this position is $97,286.00-$133,768.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
