Job summary

Concentra in Moraine, Ohio is seeking an experienced RN for a PRN onsite clinic role. You will assist practitioners, perform blood draws, urine tests, and maintain clinical areas while delivering compassionate patient care.

The schedule runs Sunday through Thursday with 2pm-10:30pm or 10pm-6:30am shifts. Requires an active Ohio RN license; occupational health experience is a plus. HIPAA compliance and excellent service are essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensure current in Ohio.
• BSN or nursing degree from accredited program.
• Experience in occupational/clinic nursing preferred.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy and urine screens.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist practitioners with patient care and examinations.
• Draw blood and prepare paperwork for lab pickup.
• Perform urine drug screens and ensure proper custody.
• Maintain clean exam and treatment rooms and stock supplies.
• Support medical records and front office duties as needed.
• Dispense medications in accordance with regulations.
• Operate clinical equipment and document results accurately.
