Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for our onsite clinic in Moraine, OH. The role supports the full-time RN on 3rd shift and covers 2nd shift when needed.

Typical hours include Sunday-Thursday, 10:00pm–6:30am, with a focus on patient care, exams, lab work, drug screens, and administrative duties. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, current state license, and at least 1 year in occupational health nursing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Current registration/license in the state where employed.
• 1 year of demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing or related field.
• Successful completion of required clinical and regulatory trainings (e.g., PFT, FIT, UDS, BAT) per policy.

Responsibilities

• Escorts patients to exam room, prepares patients for examination and treatment, and assists the practitioner.
• Draws blood and prepares paperwork for laboratory pickup.
• Performs urine drug screens with proper chain of custody.
• Maintains exam rooms, labs, and treatment areas; inventories supplies and re-orders as needed.
• Maintains health records and safeguards confidentiality of employee health information.
• Provides front office support (check-in/check-out/phone).
• Dispenses medications as directed by practitioner and in line with state regulations.
• Operates and calibrates clinical equipment; records results per policy.
• Performs ancillary testing (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws) as ordered.
