Concentra is hiring a Registered Nurse for PRN coverage at our onsite healthcare clinic in Mansfield, OH. The role supports practitioners with patient care, examinations, and administrative duties in a dynamic clinical environment.

The position requires nursing licensure, nursing degree, and relevant certifications. Schedule: PRN coverage, Monday–Friday 6:30 AM–12:00 AM, with responsibilities spanning clinical and front-office tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Current license/registration to practice as a nurse in the employed state.
• Certifications: UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam room, prepare for examination and assist practitioner.
• Draw blood and prepare paperwork for laboratory pickup.
• Perform urine drug screens with proper chain of custody and shipment prep.
• Maintain exam rooms, lab area and treatment rooms; stock supplies and reorders.
• Maintain medical records and confidentiality of employee health information.
• Front office duties: answer phones, check-in/out, record processing.
• Dispense medications as directed by practitioner and per state regs.
• Maintain and operate all clinical equipment with calibration records.
• Perform ancillary testing (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws).
• Duties may change at any time with or without notice.
