Job summary

Concentra is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a PRN/Onsite clinic position in Greenville, Ohio. Schedule includes Saturdays with potential Sundays 7am–4:30pm, with a flexible PRN as needed.

The role encompasses patient escort, blood draws, urine drug screens, exam room maintenance, medical records, front-office duties, and medication dispensing. Requires nursing licensure and occupational health experience. This is a PRN onsite opportunity at a client site.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college.
• Current state nursing license.
• Experience in occupational health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and assist practitioners.
• Draw blood and prepare paperwork for lab pickup.
• Perform urine drug screens and ensure proper custody.
• Maintain exam, lab, and treatment areas, manage supplies.
• Maintain health records and protect confidentiality.
• Handle front-office duties: phones, check-in/out, records.
• Dispense medications as directed per state regulations.
• Operate clinical equipment and calibrate as required.
• Perform additional testing (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms).
