Concentra is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse to support an onsite clinic in Greenville, Ohio. This PRN position involves patient care, lab coordination, and administrative tasks at the client site.

The role requires performance of blood draws, urine drug screens, EKGs, PFTs, and medication dispensing under state regulations, with a weekend shift and potential for additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Current registration/license in the state where employed.
• Successful completion of UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT certifications.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam room and assist practitioner.
• Draw blood and prepare paperwork for lab pickup.
• Perform urine drug screens and ensure traceability for lab shipment.
• Maintain exam rooms, labs, and treatment areas; stock supplies.
• Support medical records and protect confidentiality of health info.
• Carry out front office duties: phone, check-in/out, record processing.
• Dispense medications as directed by practitioner and per state regulations.
• Maintain and operate clinical equipment with proper calibration and documentation.
• Perform ancillary testing (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws).
• Note: duties may change with staffing needs.
