Job summary

Concentra is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a PRN on-site position at the Moraine, OH clinic. The RN will assist practitioners, perform screenings, draw blood, dispense medications, and manage patient flow in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of occupational health nursing experience, an active nursing license, and state-specific certifications. Scheduling includes Sunday-Thursday shifts with multiple time options, and a client-site orientation is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Current registration/license in the state where employed; UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT certifications.
• 1 year of experience in occupational health nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Escorts patients to exam room, prepares patients for examination and treatment and assists the practitioner, as requested.
• Draws blood and prepares appropriate paperwork for laboratory pick-up.
• Performs urine drug screens with proper chain of custody and prepares for shipment to lab.
• Maintains exam rooms, lab and treatment areas, and inventories supplies.
• Maintains medical records and protects confidentiality of employee health information.
• Dispenses medications as directed by practitioner and per state regulations.
• Maintains and operates clinical equipment and records keeping per policy.
• Performs ancillary testing and tasks as ordered by the Center Medical Director.
