Job summary

Onsite Innovations is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN role at our onsite clinic in Moraine, OH. This position offers coverage Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a pay range of $40–$55 per hour.

Responsibilities include patient prep, specimen collection, medication dispensing, and maintaining clinical areas and records. State licensure, 1 year occupational health experience, and ongoing education are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university or graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current registration/license in the state where employed.
• Successful completion of UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT certifications.
• At least 1 year of occupational health nursing experience.
• Continuing education required to maintain license and perform job.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for examination; assist practitioner as requested.
• Draw blood and prepare paperwork for laboratory pickup.
• Perform urine drug screens and ensure proper chain of custody.
• Maintain exam, lab and treatment rooms; manage supplies and inventory.
• Maintain health records and ensure confidentiality of employee health information.
