Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. seeks a Field Representative I, Services Onsite Technician in Albuquerque, NM for part-time field support of Ricoh managed devices. You will respond to service requests, perform setup, maintenance, and training while ensuring device availability and SLA adherence.

You will travel between customer sites, document work in OFSC, and coordinate with the Service Delivery Fleet Manager to keep customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent), with additional education preferred.
• Valid state driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage per policy.
• Completed coursework and experience in computers/electronics/mechanics is desired.
• IT Help Desk Support experience (application and hardware support) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor device service and supply alerts daily and respond to requests to meet SLAs.
• Perform servicing, troubleshooting, installation, and component replacement on assigned devices.
• Use remote resources to resolve issues and minimize dispatches where possible.
• Escalate issues to Level 2 or supervisor when needed and document actions taken.
• Set up IP addresses, install drivers, and provide customer training on devices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and inventory records.
