Position

We are seeking a Ricoh Production Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Albuquerque, NM area. This is a field position covering a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, servicing Albuquerque and surrounding areas.

Essential Job Duties

1. Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
2. Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
3. Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
4. Developing solutions for unusual problems
5. Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations

Qualifications

• Mechanical and Electrical mindset
• Experience and training with Ricoh required
• Ricoh Certifications required
• Experience with Canon, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus
• Strong computer knowledge
