Job summary

TEKsystems in New Haven, CT is seeking a printer support and IT administration specialist for a 6-month contract with potential to hire. The role requires 3–4 years of prior printer support experience, O365 environment support, and familiarity with Ricoh/Kyocera printers.

Qualifications

• Six years of related work experience, with in‑class experience in the same job family preferred.
• Onsite position 5x per week in New Haven, CT.
• Printer support and IT administration within a corporate environment a must.
• Experience with Ricoh and Kyocera printers is a major plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, PowerBI, Crystal Reporting, Microsoft Suite, and Photoshop is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing operations: invoice generation, payment tracking, reconciliation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate IT customer support activities, ensuring service requests meet SLAs.
• Manage procurement for office and IT supplies including vendor coordination and inventory control.
• Prioritize and monitor administrative workflows to optimize productivity and resources.
• Act as the primary contact in the manager's absence and ensure continuity of operations.
• Evaluate performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records related to billing, support operations, and admin activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and operational effectiveness.
• Support the development and enforcement of admin policies and procedures.
