Job summary

A3 Staffing Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to support on-site hardware service, including printers and POS devices, across Colorado. You will troubleshoot, repair, and image workstations and printers, with a focus on fast problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursed; a clean driving record is a must. Training and on-site installations are part of the duties, with regular travel to client

• Must have experience with printers/plotters.
• Ability to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and peripherals.

• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
• Performs on-site servicing and repair of major OEM laptops, desktops, POS, and printers.
• Familiar with POS systems for Windows-based retail registers.
• Break/Fix at component level – Desktops; Laptops; printers.
• Imaging and image recovery.
• Provides technical support for reported problems.
• Install / Re-install software packages and updates.
• Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up.

Field Service Technician

• Must have printer/plotter experience
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
• Responsible for performing on-site servicing and repair of major OEM laptops, desktops, POS, and printers.
• Familiarity of POS (Point of Sales) systems for Retail stores (Windows based registers)
• Break/Fix at component level– Desktops; Laptops; printers
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Imaging and image recovery
• Provides technical support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of reported problems.
• Install / Re-install various software packages and updates
• Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up.
• Must have a clean driving record – No open tickets or warrants – No major violations
• Must have an active driver’s license
• MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE – Mileage/Parking/Tolls are reimburse
