Experis seeks an Onsite Technical Administrator to join the Fresno, CA team, supporting Service Delivery in the Operations Department. The role requires problem-solving, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude to ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will monitor systems, manage consumables, perform routine installations, and assist end users while adhering to change and incident processes in a dynamic on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent education; demonstrates ability to learn and apply technical procedures.
• 2–5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or similar field.
• Strong troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems.
• Manage consumable inventory at customer sites (toner, paper, supplies).
• Conduct routine installations and configurations per standard protocols.
• Assist end users with device functionality and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Follow incident, change, and problem management processes with scripted changes.
