Sharp Electronics Corporation seeks an Onsite Print & Mail Center Support Representative to be the full-time on-site liaison at a client location in Indianapolis, IN. You will manage print, copy, finishing services, and basic device support.

The role includes inventory control, mail/shipping support, and coordinating with IT and Service departments to ensure timely service and project completion for the client.

Qualifications

• Experience with copiers and postage machines is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Run print and copy jobs for users and perform finishing services as requested.
• Manage device operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting; replace consumables.
• Assist with mailroom duties including inbound/outbound mail and shipping services.
