Job summary

Sharp Business Systems is seeking a Facilities Management on-site representative to serve as the full-time liaison at a client location in the United States. The role covers on-site device operation, service coordination, and end-user support for printing and mailing tasks.

Responsibilities include managing print jobs, device maintenance, and customer communications, with travel between facilities within territory. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with copiers and postage machines a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, remotely and with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Running print and copy jobs for users.
• Production device operation and maintenance along with any finishing services.
• Job ticket workflow and proof preparation for customer review and approval.
• Quality checks, including problem diagnosis and correction.
• Packaging and delivery of completed jobs to customers.
• Tracking of resources used per job – including consumables and supplies.
• Inventory management for supplies and maintaining stock for recurring projects.
