Job summary

Sharp Electronics Corporation is seeking a Facilities Management (FM) Customer Site Representative to serve as the full-time on-site liaison at a client location in Indianapolis. You will handle on-site printing, device management, and client service, including training end users, coordinating supplies, and ensuring smooth operation of copiers, postage machines, and related equipment.

This role requires independence, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with copiers and postage machines a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, remotely and with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects and shift priorities as necessary.
• Must lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Run print and copy jobs for users.
• Operate and maintain production devices and finishing services.
• Prepare job tickets and proofs for client review and approval.
• Perform quality checks and diagnose issues.
• Package and deliver completed jobs to customers.
• Track resources and manage inventory for recurring projects.
• Manage supplies inventory and reorder replenishments.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for device support and service.
• Record meter reads for non-networked devices.
• Facilitate asset tracking and report network connectivity issues.
• Provide end-user training and weekly status reports.
• Support client mailroom operations including inbound/outbound mail.
