Job summary

FlackTek Manufacturing Inc in Louisville, CO is seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble and test our centrifugal mixing systems with precision, following engineering drawings and work instructions. You will contribute to safety, quality, and on-time production in a collaborative environment.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and experience with hand/power tools.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or equipment assembly.
• Experience assembling mechanical equipment using standard processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical equipment per drawings and work instructions.
• Interpret drawings, BOMs, and assembly docs to guide builds.
• Meet target build times and maintain schedule adherence.
• Inspect parts, verify materials, and ensure quality at final assembly.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment.
• Document activities, inspections, and quality records.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support inventory accuracy and reporting of shortages.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and production support as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
