Job summary

Fluke is hiring for a manufacturing technician in Everett, WA to prepare, assemble, test, and inspect products at various stages. You will follow prints and work instructions to ensure specifications are met, participate in continuous improvement, and use a variety of hand tools as needed.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, experience with metal fabrication tools, and adherence to FBS practices within a safety-conscious team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings and work instructions.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Experience with wire stripping, crimping, and fasteners.
• HVAC soldering experience.
• EPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, clean, assemble, rework, calibrate, test and inspect product at various stages.
• Work from prints, diagrams, drawings, and work instructions to ensure final product meets specifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement and other FBS activities as assigned.
• Effectively use various hand tools including crimpers, wire strippers, drivers, cutting tools, power screw drivers and other tools, as necessary.
