Job summary

FlackTek, based in Louisville, CO, seeks an Assembly Technician to assemble and test our advanced centrifugal mixing systems with precision and safety. You will translate engineering designs into reliable equipment while supporting continuous improvement in a fast-growing production environment.

The role reports to the Production Manager, offering a full-time onsite schedule, with up to 10% travel and opportunities to contribute to quality, efficiency, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Manufacturing/Mechanical Technology or related field.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, equipment assembly, aerospace, automotive, or related setting.
• Experience reading drawings, BOMs, and work instructions; able to use inspection tools and precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical equipment per drawings and instructions.
• Interpret BOMs, electrical schematics, and assembly docs.
• Meet target build times and maintain schedule adherence.
• Inspect parts, verify materials, and ensure quality before final assembly.
• Operate tools safely and document production activities and quality records.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to resolve issues.
