Job summary

Midlake Products in Louisville, OH is seeking a Precision Assembly Technician to build metal cabinets and enclosures to exact specifications. This hands-on role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and quality workmanship in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You'll read and follow prints and assembly diagrams, install hardware, verify torque, and collaborate with fabrication and quality teams to ensure consistent results.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and accurate in completing tasks.
• Able to use hand and power tools safely.
• Able to read and interpret prints or drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and pride in neat work.
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or metal fabrication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal cabinets and enclosures to specification.
• Install hardware components including PEMs, nuts, bolts, and fasteners.
• Read and follow work instructions, prints, and assembly diagrams.
• Verify proper hardware type, placement, and torque requirements.
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Work closely with fabrication and quality teams to ensure consistency.
