Job summary

The Project Manager at Tindall Corporation will manage precast concrete projects from post-sale through closeout at our San Antonio, Texas facility, ensuring customer requirements are met while delivering on schedule, budget, and overall business performance objectives. This is an Onsite position at the San Antonio, TX facility.

The role involves coordinating with engineering, operations, and field teams to drive project success, maintain customer relationships, and ensure project documentation

Qualifications

• College degree (4 year) in Engineering, Construction, or Business or comparable work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with exposure to precast concrete, engineering, and/or operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent communication with all relevant parties to ensure project plans are met.
• Ensure documentation supports invoicing and timely collections.
• Review, negotiate, and execute contracts to align with proposals and terms.
• Monitor contract terms and changes; process change orders timely per contract.
• Develop project schedules to meet customer requirements with input from operations.
• Facilitate meetings to communicate plans and ensure project success.
• Ensure field safety and quality assurance measures are followed.
• Close-out: submit documentation and archive files after final payment; conduct post-mortems.
